If you’re the kind of couple that likes to be active together, then a trip to the Cleveland Rocks Climbing Gym is a must. This is a perfect winter date idea in Cleveland for couples to test their relationship and fear of heights!
With 18,000 square feet of rock climbing, you can enjoy top rope, bouldering and lead climbing.
Know nothing about climbing? That’s okay too! They offer beginner classes and even a $10 Yoga Class that includes a free climbing social afterwards.

While it may seem extremely unromantic to go to a cemetery for a date, Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland is one of the most beautiful parks in the area.
With 285 acres of gardens, walking paths, and historical memorials, it just happens to be one of the most romantic places in Cleveland.
Located on Euclid Avenue just north of Little Italy, couples can enjoy a relaxing stroll through beautiful landscapes. One of the most popular photo spots in Lake View is Daffodil Hill, bursting with hundreds of beautiful wild flowers.
Former US President James Garfield has a memorial at Lake View. This intricately designed crypt is one of the most popular tourist destinations at the cemetery.

Ohio City Food Tour

If I had to pick my favorite spot in Cleveland, Little Italy would be the one. My fiancé and I love food and wine and in Cleveland’s Little Italy we always find something new and exciting.
From back in the 1800s, when Italian Immigrants found their home in this area of Cleveland, until now, the spirit of Italy runs through the streets of this neighborhood. You’ll want to stop here for the best Italian pastries, handmade pasta, and imported wines.
Some must-try spots in Little Italy are Presti’s Bakery and Angelo’s Nido Italia restaurant.
It’s the perfect neighborhood to spend a Saturday walking the streets and exploring the shops and restaurants as a couple. Be sure to check out this parking map before visiting!
27. Restaurant and Bar Hop on East Fourth Street
Another great area to walk and enjoy bars and restaurants in Cleveland is East Fourth Street. Located centrally Downtown, just across from the Arcade Shopping complex, East Fourth Street is a side street with tons of restaurants, bars, and entertainment spots.

At 28 feet tall and 70,000 pounds, the “free” rubber stamp is undoubtedly the most interesting sight in the city.

We stop here basically every single time we are in Cleveland. It’s a short drive from the center of the city but OMG the food is incredible and the SAUCES are to die for. If you like Latin American flavors, mojitos, and/or chimmichurri sauce, do not skip out on this place!!

If there is a Little Italy district in any city, you will find me there!! Little Italy is a great area in Cleveland for date night and Mia Bella is one of the best choices! Come for the quaint ambiance, stay for the lobster ravioli.
